Ensuite Room Unite Students, Houghall Court

I'm looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at Unite students, Houghall court.

You do not have to pay till the time you start living in the room incase the pandemic alters your plans of coming back to the university.

It's an ensuite room.
145ppw - 44 week contract starting from 12th September 2020.
All bills and wifi included.
It is a 10 minute walk from the science site/ business school. There's a free uni bus service too.
The room has curtains, desk, full length mirror, ample under bed storage etc.

The kitchen comes with an
iron, ironing board, microwave, mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner etc.

It has bike storage, laundry, a vending machine and most importantly free printing
There's also a study room and a common room with a TV.
