After a recent total refurbishment, we are pleased to offer a fully furnished house share, finished to a high standard throughout. Our top floor floor room is coming available, which is accessed via key pad codes, has full en-suite facilities, and have generous storage through built in wardrobes. The heating system has been updated to include a large storage tank, ensuring that there is an ample supply of hot water at all times. The shared areas include an extra downstairs toilet, hallway, lounge with television as well as the large kitchen, which is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, large double door fridge freezer, oven, microwave, etc. Each tenant also has their own lockable cupboard.
All bills, including wifi, are included in the rent, which is £600 a month. The bond is an additional £600, which will be registered with a government backed scheme.
Externally there is parking for four or five cars at the front and at the rear is a further designated parking place. The rear of the property is laid with decorative flagstones and both areas have mature plants.
