Gold Studio 24 meters squared flat at Chapel Heights, Durham — Student Roost booking for 2026/27 that I can no longer take up. And need a contract takeover

The room: self-contained “Studio Gold” — your own bed, study space, kitchenette and private bathroom, fully furnished. No flatmates, no shared kitchen.

Rent: £325 per week, £16,575 for the full period, paid to Student Roost on their standard instalment plans (they offer 1, 4 or 9 instalments). Water, electricity, Wi-Fi and contents insurance are included. Any deposit and guarantor requirements are set by Student Roost as normal.

Dates: 12 September 2026 to 4 September 2027. Full term only — it can’t be split.
How it works: this is not a sublet. You’d sign your own tenancy agreement directly with Student Roost and pay them, never me. I take no money or fee at any stage.

Who can take it: you must be a full-time student at a UK university or college, and you must not already hold a 2026/27 booking with Student Roost, that’s their rule.

Ps: the only gold studio available at their website is 22 meters squared, so smaller, plus my room is at the reception building meaning it’s close to all the amenities and the entrance
