Replacement tenant for Houghall Court room needed!!
Hi everyone! I am looking for a replacement tenant for a room in Houghall Court due to a last minute change of accommodation plans.
Room: Large Standard Double - Ensuite
Lease: 19th September 2026 to 11th September 2027
Cost per week: £230
The accommodation is very close to the city centre at only a 15 minute walk away, and has very green surroundings.
I will be advertising this room until the 11th August, as this is the last day I can accept my alternative room, and past then I will need to accept the above Houghall Court room.
