Building has a gym, sauna, glass-walled sky lounge, roof terrace, cinema room, two dinner party rooms, study areas, laundry and bike storage, with CCTV and fob entry. Short walk or quick bus into the city centre and the University.

Handover goes through Mansion Student directly — you'd sign your own contract with them, so nothing informal. Must be a full-time student. Available from the tenancy start date.
