The house is around a 20-minute walk from the city centre and just 2 minutes from a bus stop, with convenient connections to the university and Business School. Sainsbury’s is also only a couple of minutes away, with a large Tesco and other shops nearby.
The house is fully furnished and well equipped. The current housemates include two friendly and tidy Durham University PhD students, and we are looking for another considerate student who will enjoy a clean and comfortable shared home.
