Spacious furnished studio available at Chapel Heights, Durham. I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my tenancy due to a change in my circumstances.

The studio is approximately 23–25m² and is located on the ground floor of one of the buildings closest to the entrance, which makes collecting deliveries and takeaway orders particularly convenient.

The room is completely self-contained, with a private bathroom and private kitchen, so you do not need to share your kitchen or bathroom with anyone else. It is fully furnished and includes a double bed and a large desk, which provides plenty of space for studying or working.

The private kitchen also comes with a dishwasher, which is particularly convenient for everyday use.

Chapel Heights facilities include:

The accommodation is also conveniently located, with Durham city centre around a 15-minute walk away.

Tenancy details:
Rent: £320 per week
Available from: 7 October 2026
Tenancy takeover until: September 2027
Minimum stay: approximately 11 months

This is a tenancy takeover / replacement tenant arrangement, rather than a short-term sublet. The new tenant will take over the remaining tenancy through the accommodation provider. After the current tenancy ends, it may also be possible to arrange a new tenancy directly with the accommodation provider if you would like to continue living here.
