Approx. 13 minutes from Durham Train Station
Approx. 10 minutes walk to city centre
Approx. 15-20 minutes walk to Bill Bryson Library
🏡 Accommodation details:
• Shared apartment with 4 other female 2nd-year students
• 5 female students in total in the apartment
• Shared toilet with one other female student (2 tenants to 1 bathroom)
• Not en-suite
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Laundry facilities available
• Dishwasher and other appliances provided
💷 £190 per week ( all bills included)
(£2470 per quarter)
An administration fees for replacement of the tenant will be charged.
Looking for a quiet, responsible and mature female student to take over the tenancy.
