5 bedroom shared student house in the popular Nevilles Cross area.

• I am a registered landlord with the University. I live local. I am literally 5 mins away. I have all the necessary gas, electric etc. certification
• There is a free public car park very close to the house.
• I employ a qualified tradesman if any maintenance work is necessary. He is immediately available.
