Hello all,
I am Yannis and I live in a 5 bedroom house in Great Lumley. Its a great place, full of nice countryside views but also next to local amenities such as a super market, Post Office, cafe.
Its a big house just for me, and occasionally my daughter visiting so I am looking for a tenant for one of my guest rooms. Its a huge room in the second floor, with a super king size bed, and its own allocated bathroom (outside the room), desk and storage space. There is also a big garden, ample parking space and a gated entrance, with CCTV around the property for security. There are also individual heating controls for the room.
Right in front of the property there is a bus stop with regular connections towards Sunderland and Consett, Durham is 10 mins away, Chester-le-Street train station 5 mins away with the car, and access to Newcastle is within 20 mins.
Rent covers bills too.
