* Please note a budget spend is set for gas and electric which covers summer months. However if extra usage is requested an agreed extra charge will be required . Note in 2023 this was £10 a week for 12 weeks.

*A one-off exit cleaning fee of £65.00 is payable at the beginning of the rental.
