Hi there!

My name is Paul. I am the male owner and Landlord of the property. Although I have a room reserved, I am very rarely at home.

I am looking for a second tenant to share with an already settled and very lovely female, in a very spacious home. (We will both be present for any interviews, as it is important that we find a good match with the new person)
Someone who wants to live in a nice place, in a nice part of town. Someone who will respect and share my home, and very friendly neighbours. Someone interested in being clean and tidy around the house and not afraid of a little housework. :)

It is my sincere wish that whomever stays should be comfortable and happy.

Easy commuter links. Only 5 minute drive to the A19. regular buses into town, etc.

I have a generously sized and fully furnished double room for rent in my comfortable and spacious, 4-bed detached house. The room is newly decorated and carpeted and has lovely sea views, especially on a morning as the sun comes up. Large built in wardrobe.

The adjacent bathroom is for your use alone. It has also just been refurbished and redecorated with a new 'rainforest' shower, glass screen and new tiling. There is also a shared downstairs WC.

There is a large, comfortable lounge which is for common use. Use it for relaxation, with use of a TV with freeview recorder.

Amenities also include very fast wifi, constant hot water and the kitchen and dining room is fully equipped with cooking and washing up facilities.

Bedding and towels are available if required.

The house is situated in the corner of a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the drive.
The Tall Ships pub and a supermarket are only 5 minutes walk away.

Utility bills are not included. We live in a strange new world regarding utility bills. We would need to sit down and discuss options. Currently running at approx. £70 pcm each. (This covers utilities, water, fast wifi, lawnmowing, window cleaning, as well as other sundries)

Council Tax (Band D) is not included at £60 pcm.
