Private drive parking with electric gates and a space for a small or medium sized car if you own one.
A mature working professional or student would be ideal.
There's a bus stop outside my property that has a regular service into Darlington city centre (16 mins duration, 30 mins service)

Often working away from home or on holiday, so you should be fine with your own company. I'm incredibly sociable and do occupationally have house guests, you would also be allowed to have friends and family stay for weekend's if need be, there's a small guest room for visitors.
