The room has plenty of storage with a separate walk in wardrobe comprising of shoe, towels and hanging facilities. This leads onto a private medium sized shower room with toilet and sink with storage underneath.
Private drive parking with electric gates and a space for a small or medium sized car if you own one.
A mature working professional or student would be ideal. I would also welcome a vegetarian, although I'm not quite there just yet.
There's a bus stop outside my property that has a regular service into Darlington city centre (16 mins duration, 30 mins service)

Often working away from home or on holiday, so you should be fine with your own company. I'm incredibly sociable and do occupationally have house guests, you would also be allowed to have friends and family stay for weekend's if need be.
