The property was fully refurbished towards the end of 2023. Beautifully done, airey and spacious, and furnished to a very high and comfortable standard.
Communal area includes TV, sofa, large kitchen (including a washing machine and a dishwasher) and a large breakfast bar area. This room has been opened up to really take in the views of the countryside, because its on the top of the hill, it really is perfectly positioned, but with black out blinds added for privacy if you'd rather.

We have 3 tenants now, all male professionals. Very tidy, clean and respectful.
Langley Park has a lovely miners village feel. The house is a short walk away to some little cafe's and shops (a gorgeous cake shop that deserves a shout out!), larger supermarkets are only a 10 minute drive away. Up on the hill is the board inn pub and restaurant, their chips are truly the best!!! It's walking distance to Diggerland, and it has some gorgeous walks around the area too.
We're close to both Durham hospitals, Durham university is a 15 minute drive away, with a bus stop a 5 minute walk away that takes you direct into the city too.
We're opening the home up to professionals and/or mature students. All bills are included in the prices noted, we will also have cleaners in twice a month for communal areas (option to clean your room too if required for additional cost), and garden will be taken care of by our maintenance team too.
A bit about us, we are Chase N Ewe Properties LTD, we have two holiday lets and our homes have been used in TV shows and in product adverts, not to mention rave reviews for comfort and going the extra mile on airbnb and booking. com. This is our first HMO, but, we have used our years of experience in holiday lets/rentals to give this home the same attention to detail and making sure our tenants are comfortable and happy.
