Double room for let in Newton Aycliffe, Co. Durham. £90 per week live-in landlord.

Room:
The room is in a terraced house; furnished but can be removed if needed they inc. bed, mattress, side cabinet, wardrobe, draws and TV.

House is located in a quiet area, the room is at the back of the house above the kitchen and next to the bathroom.

All bills included plus shared fast fibre broadband (WiFi) with a shared kitchen and bathroom (with separate shower cubicle). Plenty of street parking is always available outside of the house.

Location:
The Town centre is a 15-minute walk away, with a large 24hr Tesco's. Located one mile from the train station, bus routes from outside the house go to industrial estate, Darlington & Durham area.

A1 motorway is 3 miles away or you can easily commute to Newcastle etc. from town centre via bus route or train station.

Me:
I'm easy going laid back gay guy, a live-in landlord. Looking for a sensible lodger, must be respectful and keep communal areas (Kitchen/Bathroom) clean and tidy after use. I do have a small dog named Charlie but he's no bother.
I like my Karaoke and normally Friday or Saturday night I have it on but normally turned off at 11.
I work as a carer, the front room isn't shared as I like my own private space.

You:
Would like someone who works or full time student, must be mature and respect the house, its belongings and my privacy. No smokers what so ever, no guests and employment or landlord reference required.
