Double Room Available in Quarrington Hill – £500

A semi-furnished double room is available in my home in Quarrington Hill for £500 per calendar month, with all bills included (the only exception is a TV licence, as I don't watch TV and don't have one).

The room is comfortable, with space to make it your own. If you're planning to stay for six months or longer, you're welcome to decorate the room to suit your style.

The Household
This isn't a party house. You're welcome to have friends over, but I'm not looking for someone who wants to host large drinking sessions or frequent late-night gatherings.

The atmosphere here is more "cuppa and a book" than "shots and speakers." I enjoy board games, creative projects, and various crafting attempts (with mixed success), so ideally I'd like to share the space with someone respectful, easy-going, and considerate of a peaceful home environment.
