Ideal for access to Durham/ Teesside / Newcastle uni’s as we are 5 minutes walk from Shildon train station. Would do discount for term time only if required. I work full time (sometimes from home) I’m very clean and tidy and would ask the same back from my housemate. Occasional overnight guests OK by prior agreement. . Council tax band is D which is included in rent as is all other utilities and broadband etc. Non smokers only.
