Hey! Just looking for a like minded, positive person with strong sense of self discipline. Preferably a non smoker please.
One of my spare room is ready for occupancy, suitable to any working Professional, Researcher, Medical Pactitioner, University students and/or students doing Post Graduate studies. It's a 4 bedroom detached property located in a very quite residential area in DL16 with good transport links to Durham City/Durham train station(please see map attached) Darlington, Gateshead and Newcastle City. Bus stop is approximately 10 minutes walk from where the property is. Nearest airport is Newcastle airport which is approximately a 40 minutes drive. Please note I live in the property and I work full time as a Registered Nurse. Cleanliness is very important to me due to the nature of my work and coming home to a clean place gives me a sense of peace and relaxation.

Work/university placement References and 2 valid ID's will be required for security and insurance purposes.
