Double with en suite, new build

Just got myself onto the property ladder, lovely new build between Heartburn and Preston Farm.

I've got a double bedroom available with sole use of the bathroom. There's a kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine), living/ dining room and downstairs toilet and also a spare 3rd bedroom that will be used as a separate living space. There's free parking and a garden which should be good if we eventually find some sun!!!

I'm looking for a professional housemate who's easy going, friendly, happy to socialise....and not too messy!

I won't have the keys until end of April so move in date of 1st weekend of May would be preferred to give me time to get carpets/ furniture in! Able to do furnished or non-furnished.
