A very comfortable furnished single room available in a modern property situated on a quiet modern development with quiet, peaceful surroundings. The property is within easy commuting distance of Durham City center using the regular public transport or cycling. Included in the package are all bills, full use of kitchen appliances, high speed WiFi, Sky Tv, free parking, rear garden and shared living area. Suitable only for a tidy and respectful person, not suitable for smokers.

Situated on the same side of the city as Durham University, Durham hospital and the train station which are all within 3 miles. Good cycle and running paths around the local countryside and the local shops are 150mts away. Living in the property at the moment are Hannah and myself, Hannah works at the university and usually returns home on a weekend. The property is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, clean and tidy and no pets. Live in landlord sounds scary but I am respectful and will be at work a lot of the time. I have plenty of experience of people staying and all different nationalities. Short and long stay welcome, no minimum.
