A comfortable furnished room available in a modern 3 bedroom property situated on a quiet modern development with peaceful surroundings. There could be a choice of double or single room depending on availability.
Situated within 3 miles of Durham University, the University Hospital and the train station. Included are bills, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, parking, shared living area and garden with patio. Suitable only for a tidy, respectful, non smoking person.
The property is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, we prioritise keeping the place clean and tidy which includes the kitchen, it just makes life so much easier.
We are surrounded by good cycle, walking and running bridal ways within the local countryside with the local shops only 100mts away.
I have experience of students and professionals staying from all around the world over many years and enjoy meeting different people.
Short and long stay welcome, no minimum and no maximum, weekly, monthly or yearly basis available if required, no locked in contract.
Pillows, mattress and a quilt are supplied if required but no bed clothes provided for hygiene reasons. Room available from 1st February.
