A comfortable furnished single room available in a modern 3 bedroom property situated on a quiet modern development with peaceful surroundings. Situated within 3 miles of Durham University, the University Hospital and the train station. Included are bills, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, parking, shared living area and garden with patio. Suitable only for a tidy, respectful, non smoking person.
The property is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, we prioritise keeping the place clean and tidy, we always clean the kitchen after use, it just makes life so much easier.
Living in the property at the moment are Hannah and myself, Hannah works at the university and usually splits her time 50/50 between her home and here.
The local area is surrounded by good cycle, walking and running bridal ways within the local countryside with the local shops only 150mts away.
Have experience of students and professionals staying from all different nationalities and enjoy meeting different people.
Short and long stay welcome, no minimum and no maximum, week by week basis available if required.
Pillows, mattress and a quilt are supplied if required but no bed clothes provided for hygiene reasons.

Just one thing that needs to be mentioned is the dreaded Council tax, students are exempt but professional people might be eligible to pay it.
