Payments:
- The deposit of £200 and the first month rent must be received before moving in.
- Then the following rents must be paid in advance each month.

Assistance and support are provided by the landlord in house.

Current Housemates: 1 PhD student, 1 undergraduate student, plus the living-in landlord.

3. Pay £50 holding deposit to secure the room for you
4. Complete and sign the contract
5. Pay the £200 tenancy deposit + rent - the £50 holding deposit
6. Move in
