The room was originally used for airbnb guests so is bright, airy& well maintained.
There is a spar shop a two minute walk from the house. The bus stop is a two minute walk with an hourly bus service. Brooke park is a stones throw away. Close to St Eugene's cathedral. The universit is less than a 10 minute walk away & the NWRC is a 5 minute walk away. On street parking. Wifi & electricity included. The bedroom has a TV with free netflix & amazon prime. Desk and set of drawers.
Live in landlord is friendly & easy to communicate with. Well used to guests coming & going with airbnb. Has had both short stay & long stay guests/lodgers over the years.
Ideal lodger would be a working professional or student on work placement.
Short term leases & Mon-Fri ideal but longer lets ava! Rent adjustable to days leased!
