​Tenancy Terms & Move-In
​Move-In Payment:

To secure the room, we require a a token deposit plus the first month’s rent upfront prior to move-in.

​Simple Vetting:
No lengthy formal reference checks required, though we ask for basic proof of income/studies and a quick chat to ensure a good household fit.

​Flexibility & Term:
Tenancy agreements are drawn up and signed on acceptance. Rent is paid monthly in advance. We offer an initial 3-month minimum stay, rolling into a standard 6-month agreement (continuing monthly thereafter).

​Planned Sale Note:
Due to the planned sale of the property around Easter 2027, extensions beyond 6 months are subject to availability.
