Comfortable double room to rent. In a quiet area and a short distance from town. All bills are included; oil, gas, electric, cleaning products and toilet roll. I find it just makes things easier in the long run. A cleaner comes in for 4 hrs a week. This keeps all communal areas clean. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who like to cook. There is also a garden, so somebody with an interest in gardening would be brilliant. There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms split over 4 levels. Smokers are welcome but I've had problems with excessive smoking so it all comes down to respecting others in the house. The kitchen and living rooms have working open fires that I would light often and there is oil fired central heating. Broadband, Netflix, prime now Disney. As much as we like a night in the kitchen or living room together; We all like our own space and it tends to be a quiet house during the week. So if you want a peaceful atmosphere with the odd shindig this could be the home for you.
