Own bathroom and living room in huge house

We rent a beautiful large 2 story stone home just over the ROI side of the border, about a 15 minute drive to Derry. We love it here, it’s close to beautiful Donegal beaches and super quiet. The available room has its own bathroom and views of loch foyle, and because the house is so big you can also have your own living room/s.

The price includes super fast starlink internet and waste disposal but bills will be split as they come in. It’s a pet friendly home with a huge yard, plenty of off street parking, a massive kitchen with dishwasher, most furniture and all white goods. The room can come furnished with a double bed or unfurnished. We also have a second fridge if you want your own.

We are super quiet, friendly, non-binary and ND. We moved here from the Netherlands earlier this year and hope to offer the room to another LGBTIQA+ ND person or couple. Bonus points if you have a dog we love them (but don’t have one of our own).

We aren’t in any rush to fill the room since we are ND and would prefer to live with the same, so assume if the ad is up it’s available. I will add photos at some point soon too.
