Small Double Room Available in Limavady

A double room has become available as our housemate has recently moved out.

The house is spread over three floors and includes two living rooms, a games room, a shared kitchen and plenty of communal space to relax. It’s within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, cafés, the gym and other local amenities.

The room is bright and unfurnished apart from the wardrobe/storage unit, giving you the chance to make it your own. It’s pink currently & feel free to paint it whatever colour. There is an air mattress in there currently.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going. We have a long-term lease on the property.
I’m away with work quite a bit, so it’s generally a relaxed and quiet house.
