I am looking for an easy-going, tidy flatmate to move into my Ambleside flat. The room used to be the living room so is the largest room in the flat, with a large window and fantastic view. The room comes with a few furnishings such as a single bed, sofa, bedside table, wardrobe and small table shown in the photographs. The property is situated in a quiet residential area about 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

The rent includes your electricity, gas, water, council tax and high speed broadband.

I work as a waiter. I am laid back, quiet and enjoy video games, music and seeing friends. Looking to meet someone on a similar level to me who is easy to live with and possibly has similar interests.


Minimum stay 6 month tenancy.
