Two Rooms, One Available Now

For starters, you need to have your own transport. There is a train station, but quite a hike away, same as bus stop.

We are house trained, tidy, easy going lot who are looking for the same in new housemate.

There are currently two rooms available, both same size, one upstairs and one downstairs.
One is available now, the other isn't available until January.

We all enjoy our own space and are equally happy in having a social in the kitchen or in upstairs living room.

Apologies, we won't consider couples or pets.
Happy to discuss short or long term, full week or just monday to friday (price will obviously reflect time here, happy to be flexible)

If you are a smoker, that is fine, BUT no smoking in house allowed, outside only.
