Quiet and spacious

Please be aware, you need to have a car. Sadly, we do not have public transport a reasonable distance from us.
I'm sorry to say, no pets either. I have a dog who is in his older glory days & this is his home.

Am happy to accommodate short term lets and "Monday to Friday", just ask re price difference.
As you can see, room is a decent size, with plenty of space. The upstairs bathroom (with bath, shower & toilet) is at the end of the hall, with a second bathroom (toilet & shower) downstairs to use also.
House is well spaced out, you do not get the feeling of being cramped.

Main large living room is upstairs, with wood fire stove. Second living area is downstairs in an open style conservatory (see photo)

kitchen is fully equipped and the general place where we all catch up & chat.

Parking, is either on front drive, which fits four cars with additional on road parking.

The house is an old barn, farm house and smaller cottage converted into one big L-shaped home.

garden is extensive around the back with patio area for bbqs and is quite secluded.
There is also a double garage with storage space for bikes and/or any outdoor equipment.

About us. . . We all work, have a lovely for being outdoors (you don't need to enjoy the outside enthusiasm!) enjoy our own space but always about for a chat & a laugh. Everyone pitches in in keeping communal areas clean & tidy, bins out etc.

Smoking. . . smoking is only permitted outside.
