The property is located close to the town centre and within half a mile of the railway station. Pubs, restaurants, takeaways and a supermarket are all located within 250 meters.

The BAE shipyard and Furness General Hospital are within walking distance of the property. The Gas terminal and the wind-farm employers are all within a short drive.
