The room for rent is the large master bedroom of a high ceiling re grand house. It was two windows, one being a bay, so it’s light and airy.

The house is a spacious three storey Victorian house with forecourt located in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from BAe. All rooms are large with high ceilings and have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. All tenants work at BAe.

The house has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a utility room, a sitting room with 4k TV 1 shower room, 1 bathroom and 2 other toilets. The room offered is not the one in the photo, it is a large double room.

All bedrooms have their own locks, TVs, double beds with bedding and there is WiFi fibre broadband throughout the house.

All bills are included, the house is cleaned weekly and there is ample parking.

This house is quiet, clean and friendly and only for those working away from home. I state that the property is available 7 days a week, this is to show all shift patterns can be accommodated but we are only available to those who come into Barrow for 3 or 4 days of work and then return to their own home for the rest of the week.
