I own a 2-bed flat literally a couple of minutes from the BAE Top Yard. I an usually there 2-3 nights a fortnight (Tuesday-Thursday). The rest of the time the whole flat would be yours alone.
Although the room doesn't have an ensuite, my room does, so even when I'm there, the main bathroom is just yours.
There's free reserved parking for 1 car at the flat, which I don't use, so would be available to you.
