Lovely double bedroom, 15min walk to Infirmary

Hi, I’m a single professional woman looking for a professional “lodger” who’d be comfortable in sharing my home with me, my handsome 4 year old Labrador and a stupidly cute 1 year old Chihuahua (he is not yappy)! Getting along with the dogs is exceptionally important to me 🙏

I have hosted 4 lodgers in the past few years including a vegetarian and a vegan - I am very easy going on food - we share the kitchen and fridge/freezer - and I unapologetically eat my steak blue!

The double bedroom is recently decorated, in my 3 bed semi house, it’s right next to the shared bathroom, the 3rd bedroom is my son’s and he has just moved away to London for work after graduating, so that will be left as a “spare” and I have previously happily accepted visiting guests for my lodgers.

I got the idea to do this from my son as he found a great live in landlord in London when at uni and has done the same for his recent move.

I have a driveway and there’s plenty of on street parking, my garage could store a bike, there’s a local shop opposite, an Aldi, Lidl and Sainsburys all in easy walking distance.

I’m just a 15 minute walk from the Cumberland Infirmary and a 20 minute walk from the city centre.

All household bills and super fast fibre broadband are included.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage, which you are free to use.

In the room there are 2 bedside tables a desk/dressing table, and a huge wardrobe with hanging and shelves, storage on top of the wardrobe and under the bed. Bed linen and towels are included if required. I can also put a 32” smart TV in the room, if required.

You are welcome to share the lounge with 49” TV, the dining room and the garden room, my dogs do love attention and belly rubs, but will leave you in peace!

I have a large south facing rear garden, which is fabulous if you like relaxing in the sunshine ☀️

I work full time and am happy to host someone who’d enjoy dancing round the kitchen with me while I/we cook or just prefer their own peace and quiet! I’m very easy going!
