Double bedroom, furnished, close to hospital

Hi, I’m a single professional woman looking for a professional “lodger” who’d be comfortable in sharing my home with me, my 2 cats and my handsome bouncy Labrador! Getting along with my dog is exceptionally important to me 🙏

The double bedroom is recently decorated, in my 3 bed semi house, it’s right next to the shared bathroom, the 3rd bedroom is my son’s and he is away at university. I got the idea to do this from him as he found a great live in landlord in London for his work placement year.

I have a driveway and there’s plenty of on street parking, there’s a local shop opposite, an Aldi, Lidl and Sainsburys all in easy walking distance. I’m a 15 minute walk from the hospital and 20 minutes walk them the city centre. All household bills and fibre broadband are included.

I work full time and am happy to host someone who’d enjoy dancing round the kitchen with me while I/we cook or just prefer their own peace and quiet! I’m very easy going!
