It is shared with one other person only as there are two in the house and has storage for each tenant. There is a overhead power shower running off the new combie boiler with good pressure and great lighting.

The Kitchen
Kitchen with all new utensils, crockery, dishwasher, built in double oven and microwave.

Laundry Facilities
Brand new heat pump tumble dryer and separate washing machine, high quality machines for reliability and quiet operation and also keeps humidity to a minimum through out the house!

The Communal Room
Great communal room for relaxing in with new comfortable couches, new 55" LG smart TV and table and chairs, a large window provides plenty of light.

There is a secure outhouse to store bicycles and theres also a place outside to relax in the summer at the rear.

Local bus routes close by and a 5 minute walk to the city center, restaurants, bars, cinema, museum also the train station.

Parking

On street parking is available, a full time parking residential permit is available via the council for tenants, easily applied for.
