The loft room has plenty of floor space with two velux windows with blackout blinds, new bed with storage, bedside table and chest of drawers. The wardrobe is in the spare room included below on the first floor, so TWO rooms to give you more space!
The Bathrooms
Two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs generally shared with one other person with storage in there for each tenant. Each bathroom contains a overhead power shower running off the new combie boiler with good pressure. Both with great lighting.

The Kitchen
Kitchen with all new utensils, crockery, dishwasher, built in double oven and microwave.

Laundry Facilities
Brand new heat pump tumble dryer and separate washing machine, high quality machines for reliability and quiet operation and also keeps humidity to a minimum!

The Communal Room
Great communal room for relaxing in with new comfortable couches, new 55" LG smart TV and table and chairs, a large window provides plenty of light.

There is a secure outhouse to store bicycles and theres also a place outside to relax in the summer at the rear.

Close to a wide range of local amenities, shops, a range of takaways, Co Op, coffee shops, Aldi and Sainsburrys. Close to the river Caldew leading to country walks and wide open views where the lake district mountains are visable.
Local bus routes close by and a 5 minute walk to the city center, restaurants, bars, cinema, museum also the train station.

Parking

On street parking is available, a full time parking residential permit is available via the council for tenants, easily applied for.

I have been a landlord for 13 years and provide a high standard for my tenants. This is a family buisness so there is no middle man or agency to mess about with, tenants can contact me directly with isues, should there be any.
