Room reservation fee is one week rent, this is payable on application. Tenancy deposits are three weeks rent These are protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Rent will be paid monthly.

All tenants will need a UK based guarantor. Video viewings available for all properties.

Bills are included (gas, electricity, water, broadband, no council tax if you're a full time student, but properties are band C for Aglionby St and A for 12 Orfeur St). Parking available at 12 Orfeur St and 1 permit available at 37 Aglionby St.

Fully furnished bedrooms and communal areas. Bedrooms come with single or double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe with drawers, bedside table and spacious underbed storage.

Kitchen is provided with basic set of pans, dinnerware, tableware, hoover, iron, kettle, toaster, microwave. Tv is provided in the living/kitchen spaces. This has a TV licence provided by us and yearly Netflix subscription.

Communal spaces are professional cleaned every 2 weeks.
