We run 2 large Victorian town houses in the centre of Carlisle. House mates regularly arrange outings, from a few drinks in town to hiking in the Lake District.

The houses are all within easy walking distance of all the city centre amenities, so you can save a fortune not needing taxis.

The house is finished to a very high standard and kept clean by our professional cleaning team. They are not student or party houses!

If you need to move sooner than the above date, we will likely be able to accommodate you in one of the houses spare rooms until your room is available.

Parking is available both on street and in the rear yard (2 cars fit in the rear yard), accessed through an electrical roller door (remote provided to all tenants).

I am a professional landlord, and have a team of experience professional on hand to assist with the smooth running of the houses, I have over 10 years experience renting multiple occupancy houses and we live close by so can be on hand to assist very quickly.
