The Property is spacious with 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms to allow for autonomy. One bathroom with shower is for the Lodger (s). Fully equipped shared kitchen, all recently refurbished. Regular train service runs from local station to Carlisle (11 mins) with links elsewhere. The Caldew Cycleway takes under 30 minutes into Carlisle There is a regular train service from the nearby Station into Carlisle in 11 minutes then onwards elsewhere. The garage will accommodate a bike. Extra parking space at the end of the cul-de-sac may be available. Housemate(s) would be considerate, sociable, friendly, and respectful. Broadband & TV are included, as are utilities. A proportion of Council tax will be payable unless the lodger pays it elsewhere.

This price weekly includes the use of the washing machine with the owner’s liquid wash (not tablets).

Otherwise it may become payable at approx. £5 per week additionally if not paid elsewhere (I. e. Local Rules apply).
