Double room, private bathroom & own living room

I am renting out the top floor of my house (a 3 storey house on a new build estate).
A good sized bedroom with king size bed, 2 x drawers and 2 x wardrobes. It also includes a private living room with sofa, desk, chair, and fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. There is also a private bathroom with shower.

The space available is separate from my space on the ground floor and middle floor. There is a dog in the property but the dog has no access to the top floor.

The kitchen on the ground floor can be used when necessary for oven/hob. There is a dishwasher and washing machine available for use.
I am looking for a single working professional for short term lets, up to around 6 months.
The property has a private driveway for parking, and is around a 10 minute drive from West Cumberland Hospital and Westlakes Science Park. It is around 20 minutes away from Sellafield. A car is recommended as public transport is not great in the area.

The property council tax band is C however this is included in the weekly rent payment. Gas, electric, water and broadband are also included.
