Double room with private bathroom & living room

I am renting out the top floor of my house (3 storey new build house).

The top floor that is available comprises of a bedroom with a king size bed, 2 x drawers and 2 x wardrobes. It also includes a private living room with sofa, desk, chair, and fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. There is also a private bathroom with shower.

This space is separate from my space on the ground floor and middle floor. There is a dog in the property but the dog has no access to the top floor.

The kitchen on the ground floor is not typically available for use by renters, however it is ok to use the oven or hob when necessary. There is a dishwasher and washing machine available in the property available for use.
I am looking for a single working professional for short term lets, up to around 6 months.
The property has a private driveway for parking, and is around a 10 minute drive from West Cumberland Hospital and Westlakes Science Park. It is around 20 minutes away from Sellafield. A car is recommended as public transport is not great in the area.

The property council tax band is C however this is included in the weekly rent payment. Gas, electric, water and broadband are also included.
