It’s a lovely warm, dry house with big lounge, kitchen, utility and bathroom, all with modern fittings and plenty of space for things. There’s space at the front for parking, garage space for bikes etc and a big garden to chill out, have bbqs and have folks round when the weathers nice. Not bothered about people smoking outside, but not inside 😅
£500 a month including all bills I already have set up, minimum stay 3 months. Looking ideally for April-Sept/Oct, so spring and summer.

Just back from travel and I work in the area, most days in the office and a couple work from home.
Love to go out hiking, running, road cycling, climbing, my rugby club, and just started a social groups in Cockermouth.

Looking for someone who’s also working and who’s respectful of communal space ☺️ open to anyone around that
