Gorgeous double room available sharing with one female who works week on week off. This will have a brand new double bed and mattress. Ground floor with nice massive kitchen with use of air fryer, cooker etc. TV in bedroom. Shared shower (due an upgrade but won’t inconvenienced the lodger) hence reason for renting.
This would suit someone who won’t be there 24/7
Or working from home, preferably a contractor who does shifts on and off. This allows me to complete more remedial work on the living room when no one is home. Off street parking allocated. 6 mins to barrow in Furness early morning. Close to train station.
