All bills included. £190 per week based on Monday to Friday occupancy, weekends may be negotiated if required. Not suitable for nightshift workers. The room adjoins the 1st floor of our family home and is secured with a locked door and curtain for your privacy. There is separate access to this part of the house to ensure your privacy.

Quiet semi rural location equidistant between Whitehaven and Workington. 3 mins from Lakes College, 10 mins to Whitehaven hospital and 25mins to Sellafield. Ample on street parking in front of the house on a private road. No public transport in the area so you will need to be a driver.

You will have your own en-suite shower room with underfloor heating and heated towel rail.

Kitchen facilities Inc fridge freezer, combi microwave oven and hob, kitchen sink, all utensils and crockery etc.

Private living area including sofa, TV (state of the art in 2005), Google chromecast device, WiFi.

Bedsheets, towels and cleaning each week.
