Contractor accommodation. Single occupancy This is not a holiday let. Available 7 days per week.
Single occupancy only, no over night guests without prior permission of landlord. No smoking inside the property.
Furnished property. Double bedroom, (bed - small double). One of three rooms in a converted coach house in the grounds of a Manor House.
Sharing bathroom (with one other who does shifts of 4 days on and 6 days off) Open plan lounge and kitchen/diner.
Broadband.
Bedding and towels not supplied. .
One weeks notice required to vacate (from date of first rent payment) or forfeit deposit. Full rent is payable in times of absence.
Gosforth is three miles from either Sellafield gate and roughly same for Drigg.
Gosforth has lots of good pubs and restaurants, a bakery and is a ten minute drive from Wasdale.
No pets (unless guide dog or provable service animal) unfortunately as the accommodation is shared, so the other house mates may have allergies or not like animals. An animal would be confined to the bedroom so that would be unfair to the animal. The property is cleaned by the tenants and they may not appreciate cleaning up after an animal.
