Spacious double attic room available on a quiet street in Hensingham - 6 min walk to West Cumberland Hospital and close to A595.

The room has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a double built in wardrobe. Please note the only bathroom is located on the ground floor.

I am a friendly, easy to get on with professional in early 30s.

All bills - CT, water , energy, 50Mb Fibre Broadband and Netflix included. 50 inch TV available in the living room to be used by all.

The house has a very large dinning area , large kitchen with modern fridge/freezer and washing machine, modern bathroom and extra storage space. Some additional storage is also available in the shed.

£330 per month inclusive of all bills
