Lodger wanted

Hi ,my name is Mike, I'm looking for a lodger. I work Mon-Fri and would ideally like someone who wants to stay for the working week-the price advertised includes weekends- If you wanted to stay Mon to Fri it would be £100 per week. There is a parking space on the drive, with good access to the train station, and only 5 miles from Barrow in Furness or Ulverston.
The beach is nearby with excellent views of the mountains.

I have an active church life, and an active outdoor life with lots of mountain walks. My girlfriend lives away but occasionally visits at weekends. I like a quiet house after ten as I need to be up in the mornings for work. I don't tend to have many visitors to the house so its fairly quiet.

I would consider someone wanting a short- term stay (a week or so) or just a couple of days a week. I have had lodgers in the past who have stayed for a fortnight and a lodger who stayed for a couple of nights a week longer term. Its £20 a night weekdays, £25 per night at weekends. so any combination of nights that works for you is fine and you can work out the price.

The house would be shared and you are welcome to use the kitchen, living room or dining room.

Rent includes bills and council tax

please note - I am a long way from Lancaster and Blackpool!
I believe sometimes people search for lodgings by straight line distance, and Lancaster and Blackpool are not far away.... by sea!
