Room size is 9' 10" x 10' 3" and also has a good sized walk-in wardrobe within the room. Includes full room furniture (storage units and bed/mattress). All other areas of the house (communal areas) are fully furnished and equipped.

We are looking for a clean/tidy and respectful person who would fit in well with the 2 existing guys at house. No preference on gender, needs to be in full time employment and preferably without pets.

Rent is £600 P. C.M. including all household bills (which includes Council Tax charges). Also includes direct to the house fibre-optic unlimited broadband (very high speed).
