Single room in spacious Victorian house

Hi!
I am looking for another housemate in my lovely house in Kendal. This could be for a few months over the summer whilst I am away on a trip, or longer term. The tenancy would need to start before 12th June.
The house is clean and tidy, very easy parking on road.
I am happy to hang out, or leave you to your own devices, but I would like someone in the house who is friendly and treats it like a home. I spend most of my time running, cycling and swimming so a mostly out and about. My wee collie Jess lives here as well and she would love to have someone else to play with. Our other housemate is also tidy and easygoing.
The room is furnished, and we would share a large bathroom between us.
I'm happy to answer any other queries you may have! Would consider working from home in exchange for a contribution to bills and letting Jessie out at lunchtime if I’m at work (could discuss).
