You’ll have access to shared spaces including a well-equipped kitchen, living area, and bathroom. The property is a short walk from Kendal’s town center, with easy access to shops, cafes, and transport links. Plus, you’ll be just a stone's throw from the stunning Lake District countryside – perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities.

The bedroom come furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, and bedside table and curtains. I will purchase any furniture you require or can’t bring.

The house is fully furnished with a 8K 75” TV, Sonos surround sound system, home bar, washer dryer & a large fridge. There is parking for two cars on the property as well as street parking. The kitchen has everything needed.

There is 1 bedroom at £650pm. The tenant will have exclusive access to a family bathroom with bath and shower, an additional WC on the ground floor. I have my own En-suite. A little about myself; I’m a 29 year-old professional who graduated from Lancaster University before moving to London. I was born and raised in the Lake District and currently work in Hospitality in the Lakes, as a restaurant manager at a hotel, so I will be commuting there on workdays and work a lot of evenings. Growing up there, I know the Lakes like the back of my hand and would love to share all the secret spots and best places to visit that I’ve accumulated over the years. I can be sociable and are happy to go for dinner or drinks but equally, if you want to keep yourself to yourself that won’t be a problem.
