Double room in south Kendal

A bright and airy double room in my house is available for rent. All bills included.
I have two small but energetic boy Spaniels - additional small pets maybe considered if they get on with mine.

Fulltime or part week (reduced rent) available.

I've recently moved in to the area and have a fairly sociable life, out most morning and occasional evenings, and work from home in between.
I spend time with my partner between our houses so sometimes we are both in, sometimes I'm away.

It's 20 minutes walk from the station, 15 mins walk (max) into town, close to the castle and great access to the river for walks. Plenty of on street parking.

I live a quieter life now but I enjoy the outdoors, going to the gym, love music, cooking as well as cafe and pub vibes. I'm a fairly quiet human, generally up early and very rarely have late nights out.

I'm looking for a lodger who is respectful of the space, chilled, doesn't mind a bit of chaos while I'm still organising the house, does their bit for cleaning and tidying, and is happy to mix a bit of socialising with quiet time too.

You obviously have to like dogs, and are welcome to walk or play with them if you wish. Ideally you would be happy to feed them/let them out on the odd occasion.

Room will be furnished with a bed, bedside tables, chair and a drawer unit. Other items can potentially be added.
There is plenty of shed and attic storage (attic has chill/stargazing space).

Shared downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. Office space/guest room which can be used if I'm not needing it. Large open plan kitchen diner with proper coffee machine, lots of random appliances and access to a good sized garden. Any budding gardeners are welcome to grow stuff!
Occasional guests welcome.

Initially offered for up to six months with extension subject to discussion.
