Looking for a lodger Large double Room

Looking for a lodger. We have a Large double furnished room available. We have a large five bedroom house and my wife and I both work from home for different charities so use two rooms as offices. Our daughter is off to uni in September so you will often have sole use of a well equipped bathroom with shower, as we have an en-suite.
We have a friendly Black lab who stays down stairs. There’s plenty of kitchen space, with cooker, etc that has a kitchen island with stools and a sofa in the kitchen. We use the dining room as a multi purpose room, for craft and it also has a sofa, (or you can have the sofa in your room if you prefer) so there’s plenty of space to hang out.
Your room looks out over the garden at the back of the house. We are in a quiet friendly cul de sac, about five minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes to town.
Reasonable Bills included
