Seeking lodger for the winter months

Beautiful dual aspect double room to let to a responsible, tidy, and trustworthy lodger for the winter months. Would suit a professional in full time employment who shares a similar love of the outdoors.

The room is furnished with a double Ottoman storage bed with 1,000 pocket spring mattress, huge wardrobe with sliding doors, full length mirror, desk and chair, multiple lamps, a large chest of drawers, and a standing fan. You'll need to provide your own bedding unless you want me to provide it for you - there are different rates and charges for this.

The room is available from October 16 until end of March 2027. April end dates will be considered, however you must commit to the full months of December and January.

Outside of December and January, shorter lets may be considered, with rates dependent on length of stay and level of amenities needed (bedding, toiletries etc).

Very close to Kendal College, ASDA, Hospital, and A6/A591 for M6.

All bills are included except for TV licence.

There is free on street parking.
